Go Goddess Organizing LLC ("Go Goddess," "we," "us," "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect through gogoddessorganizing.com (the "Site") and our services, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. By using the Site, you agree to this Privacy Policy and our Terms and Conditions.
1 · Information We Collect
Information you give us. When you book a call or consultation, fill out an inquiry or intake form, join our email list, buy a program, or register for Decluttering Happy Hour, we may collect your name, email address, phone number, home address or neighborhood, details about your home and the spaces you want help with, how you heard about us, and payment information.
Information collected automatically. When you visit the Site, we and our service providers may collect your IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, links clicked, and the website that referred you. We use cookies and similar tools (such as Google Analytics) to understand how the Site is used.
Photos, videos, and recordings. Decluttering Happy Hours are recorded. With your permission, we may also take before and after photos or video of your space during in-person sessions, and we may film for our TV show, She's Letting It Go, under separate written agreements.
2 · How We Use Your Information
- To respond to your questions and schedule calls, consultations, and sessions
- To provide our organizing services, programs, and virtual events
- To process payments, invoices, and payment plans
- To send emails you signed up for, including our newsletter and Happy Hour reminders (you can unsubscribe anytime)
- To share client stories, testimonials, and before and after photos, only with your permission
- To improve the Site and our services
- To comply with the law and protect our rights
3 · How We Share Your Information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with trusted service providers who help us run our business, and only as needed for them to do their work. These currently include:
- HoneyBook (scheduling, client files, contracts, invoices, and payments)
- Flodesk (email newsletters)
- ThriveCart (online checkout for programs and Happy Hour passes)
- Zoom (Decluttering Happy Hour and virtual calls)
- Google (Workspace, Analytics)
- Meta (Facebook groups and Instagram messaging)
- Amazon (purchases of The Year She Let It Go planner, which are governed by Amazon's own privacy policy)
- Our website host
Our Goddess Team organizers see the information needed to serve you, such as your address and session details. We may also share information if required by law, to protect our rights or safety, or as part of a sale or transfer of our business. The partner businesses listed on our Village page are independent; we do not share your information with them unless you ask us to introduce you.
4 · Recordings and Testimonials
By attending a Decluttering Happy Hour, you consent to being recorded and to clips being used for education and promotion. You may keep your camera off at any time. We publish testimonials, names, and photos of your home only with your permission, and we use first names and neighborhoods, not full addresses. To ask us to remove something we've shared, email us.
5 · Your Choices
- Email: click "unsubscribe" at the bottom of any email.
- Cookies: you can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Some parts of the Site may not work as well without them.
- Review, update, or delete your information: email hello@gogoddessorganizing.com and we'll help. We may keep some records when the law requires it, such as payment records.
6 · Do Not Track
Some browsers send a "Do Not Track" signal. There is no common standard for how websites should respond, so the Site does not currently respond to these signals.
7 · How We Protect Your Information
We use reputable, secure service providers and limit access to your information to the people who need it. No method of storing or sending information online is 100% secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8 · Children
The Site and our services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If you believe a child has given us information, email us and we'll delete it.
9 · Links to Other Websites
The Site links to other websites, including our partners, Amazon, and Resilient Features. Their privacy practices are their own, so please review their policies.
10 · Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We'll post the new version on this page with a new effective date.
